When researching companies to invest in, we believe employee incentives can influence the performance of a company and thus its stock price. A company’s management and employees will perform the way their compensation incentivizes them to perform. We like to see incentives based on the profitability of the company, because it creates a win-win situation. The more the company earns, the more its employees earn.
